We will try our best to keep the Web Site and products as current as possible, but due to factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that the information provided will always be correct.

HRIT Inc. has obtained a general legal review of the Employee Handbook Template and Time Off Policies Template. However, laws vary from state to state and subject to change. TEMPLATE USE
HRIT Inc. grants purchasers the right to use HRIT Inc. templates only for their intended purpose in personal or commercial correspondence involving person to person communication. purchasers may not sell, resell, license, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer for value, the templates, unless licensed to do so by purchasing a consultants license. Purchasers may not distribute the templates in any stand-alone products that contain only the templates, or as part of any other product. Purchasers may not copy or post any Template on any network computer or broadcast it in any media, to the general public. It is acceptable to put purchased content on a password protected INTRANET located on the website of the company under which the product was purchased.
For the sake of clarification, the above statement only pertains to WORD Documents created by HRIT - it STRICTLY excludes video content. NO Video content ma be copied, downloaded, or Streamed without a Signed Agreement for a specific video title.
REFUNDS:
We follow the industry standard to not allow refunds for opened media. For example, if you purchased a music cd or entertainment video at a local brick and mortar store, and tried to return the package after it had been opened, you would only be offered an exchange for the exact item; once media is opened or downloaded, given duplication devices and file copying methods, the purchaser can use the product without the original hard-media.
As an exception to the rule, HRIT Inc. offers refunds for all templates, if requested within seven days of purchase. We do respectfully require that refund requests are for reasons where the product descriptions mislead or misrepresented the product delivered. We have gone to a great deal of effort in providing shoppers with detailed descriptions, Table of Contents, examples of format and style, and sample policies so that an informed decision can be made.
Because we offer the service of previewing training videos, we do not credit returns for video purchases or rentals once an order has been shipped and confirmed with the customer.

We ask for your postal address because some of our services require a mailing address so that we can completely perform the service. We may also use this information for credit card validation and Purchase Order validation.

If we were to do so, it would be limited to your email address and we would only permit your email contact information to be used to promote a service or product related to employee training or employee management.
