Finding and Replacing Text in our Employee Handbook Templates

It's easy to find a replace text in Microsoft Products.

In our employee handbook templates, there are many instances of this:

"[Company Name]."

So it necessary for people who are editing our employee handbooks for their own company, replace "[Company Name]" with the name of their company.

It's easy to do in one act..

• On the Edit menu , click Replace.

• In the Find What box, enter the text that you want to search for.

• In the Replace With box, enter the replacement text.

• Select any other options that you want.

• Click Replace to replace one at a time; click Replace All to replace all.
