Basically, when an employee signs a Non-Solicit Agreement, they are agreeing not solicit your employees or customers after they depart your company. Further, It is NOT saying they cannot compete against you, again, it IS saying they will not attempt to recruit your employees, or solicit your customers. While the non-compete agreement is far more popular, in many instances, the non-solicit is far more reasonable and protective.
