New Mandatory NLRA Posting Required after January 31st, 2012
On August 25, 2011 the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued the final rule requiring nearly all private-sector employers to notify employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) by posting a notice. The deadline for this new mandatory posting is January 31st, 2012.

required to post State and Federal Government issued Labor
